The EMS program was sunset February 14th, 2025. Support for EMS products will be limited, but may be requested by contacting the government's EMS team helpdesk mailbox at usarmy.detroit.tacom.mbx.ilsc-electronic-maintenance-system@army.mil going forward until October 4th, 2025 when EMS support will be suspended.

Both the EMS Helpdesk email (support@ems-helpdesk.com) and phone number (1-877-445-1780), will be decommissioned February 14th, 2025.

If you need support for EMS software products, please contact the US Government EMS Helpdesk mailbox, usarmy.detroit.tacom.mbx.ilsc-electronic-maintenance-system@army.mil. Please be advised that the EMS Helpdesk 1-877 number has been discontinued without replacement.
